Sandy Cederbaum, Village Manager omca@columbiavillages.org.
The Village Manager overseas the day-to-day operation of the community association. As Village Manager, Sandy brings years of management experience and communications skills to the position. She is the editor of the monthly calendar of events and weekly email newsletter, OMeNEWS. Sandy is well versed in managing projects, marketing, writing newsletters, coordinating staff and volunteers, facility management and handling the budget. Ms. Cederbaum works closely with committee members and volunteers and is involved with all Oakland Mills events and programs. She is always available to the community and helps residents out in every possible way. There are so many aspects of the job that Sandy enjoys. One of the most rewarding is the interaction with the residents and the ability to make a positive difference in the lives of those who live in Oakland Mills. Sandy is a member of Leadership Howard County and serves on committees in the County and with the Columbia Association.

The Covenant Advisor has a variety of responsibilities. First and foremost the role is to educate and respond to resident inquiries regarding the Village's Architectural Guidelines and Covenants; to explain and facilitate processes including application review and appeals procedures; and to handle all resident inquiries, many of which deal with properties that are out of compliance. Debbie is a skilled listener and great communicator. She is passionate about the role she plays in the community and brings great compassion to her job. Debbie takes the "holistic" approach to the position of Covenant Advisor and works closely with residents to help them through complicated and difficult situations. She serves as primary liaison with the Columbia Association's Architectural Review Committee.
Susan Azoulay, Facilities Coordinator/Rentals omcaprog@columbiavillages.org.
Susan's broad experience and knowledge of facility coordination, make her the perfect match for this position. Her attention to detail ensures clients that their event will be classy & memorable. Her passion for helping others is evident in every interaction she has with people! Susan manages the rentals of The Other Barn as well as three neighborhood centers. As the previous program coordinator, Susan paved the way for great events at The Other Barn! She continues to oversee the success of "The Polar Express."
Brigitta Warren, Programs & Administrative Coordinator omcaadmin@columbiavillages.org. The role as Administrative Coordinator provides direct support to the Village Manager and Board of Directors. The Event Coordinator implements the success of events such as the OM Cultural Arts Festival, Lively Arts For Little Ones series, Breakfast with Santa (and other holiday events), OM Pool Party, concerts and more! Fred Eiland, Community Organizer omcommunityorganizer@columbiavillages.org. As Community Organizer, Fred’s responsibilities are to build relationships among residents, Oakland Mills schools, Oakland Mills apartment complexes, community partners, business and the community at large. Fred and his family reside in Oakland Mills. He has lived in Columbia since 1971 and was in the first graduating class of Wilde Lake High (1973). His job experience is very vast. He worked in the grocery business for 27 years and was a General Manager for Giant Food. Fred is a good listener and skilled communicator. He has a strong passion for his community and is an advocate for children. Fred is currently the PTA President of Stevens Forest Elementary and a past Oakland Mills Board member. Fred works well with others and strongly believes he can make a difference in our community.
