❌Myth: Having to apply is going to cause major time delays for my project.

✅Truth: Application approvals are complete within 60 days. (If an application is tabled due to lack of information or absence of the owner at the review meeting, it may take longer, so please contact our covenant advisor over applications, Mike Vaughn, to ensure he has everything needed in advance of the meeting AND come to the meeting. You are your own best advocate!)

❌Myth: The Resident Architecture Committee doesn’t like to approve changes.

✅Truth: The committee REALLY wants to approve every application! They will work with owners to ensure that it is in keeping with the overall architectural style of the home and will not become a covenant violation after installation.
