The Oakland Mills Community Association (OMCA) is one of Columbia, Maryland's ten village associations. The Oakland Mills Board of Directors and Staff strive for civility at all meetings. Residents are encouraged to participate in Board Meetings at “Resident Remarks” (7:35 p.m. at each meeting) and share concerns relevant to the community and actionable by the village board.
