Area Attractions
Managed and owned by Howard County, Blandair Park features an adventurous, inclusive, and ADA-compliant playground as well as multi-purpose fields, tennis courts, baseball fields, bocce and croquet courts, and more. Located northeast of the village. Vehicle access by Oakland Mills Road and MD 175. Learn more.
Bridge Columbia
Built in 1983 and renovated in 2017-18, this beautiful pedestrian and bike bridge provides a vital connection between Oakland Mills and the Downtown Columbia area. Residents can use the bridge to access the Lake Kittamaqundi area, Mall in Columbia, Merrieweather District, and more. Take the CA path between Columbia Pointe and Forest Ridge Apartments near Stevens Forest Road and White Acre to find the bridge, which spans US 29.
