The Village Manager oversees the day-to-day operation of the Community Association. She is the staff liaison to the Oakland Mills Board, county, Columbia Association and various agencies throughout the county. As village manager she manages all human resource and financial matters.

The Covenant Advisor for Applications provides guidance regarding village architectural matters to lot owners in Oakland Mills, including maintenance and exterior alterations. He works with the village Resident Architecture Committee, the village architecture committee, other village covenant advisors, and the Columbia Association to provide quality covenant administration.
Covenant Advisor for Letters of Compliance

The Covenant Advisor for Letters of Compliance (LOC), processes all requests for LOC, makes on site property visits, reviews the property file database, and prepares Letters of Compliance or Letters of Non-Compliance for the sellers of properties in Oakland Mills.
