Columbia Association collects HOA fees, not Oakland Mills Community Association. Please email AnnualCharge@ColumbiaAssociation.org or visit CA's annual charge page for more info.
Several townhouse/condo HOAs are located within the Village of Oakland Mills, each with its own covenants that owners need to abide by, in addition to Oakland Mills' covenants. Visit the townhouse/condo HOA page to view a list of HOAs, along with their contact info.
No, Oakland Mills does not collect fees. Columbia Association collects the annual charge from Oakland Mills property owners and sends a portion of that amount back to the Village for operations, events, etc.
